Women's Circles
A safe, sacred space to be truly seen and heard
The ceremony and ancient tradition of sitting together in circle as women have done for thousands of years.
Why We Created Soulful Circle Retreats
There have been many times in our lives where we have valued being around other women. Sharing stories, experiences and struggles. As we go through different transitions, our friends, our circle, those we lean on to support us become vital for our survival.
Our community and feeling connected are vital for our happiness, health and longevity.
There is huge benefit in working collectively, coming together as a community, creating a circle of trust. A safe space to be ourselves (unapologetically), share our worries and feel unburdened. A sacred space where we feel heard, seen and supported.

What is a Women's Circle?
A Safe & Sacred Space
A space free from judgment, expectations and the demands of the outside world, allowing women to be authentic.
Sharing & Connection
The purpose is for women to share their experiences, vulnerabilities and wisdom in a way that fosters deep connection and community.
Witnessing
The unifying thread is that every woman is seen, heard, and held; without judgment, advice-giving, or hierarchy.
Ancient Roots
The tradition of women's circles is ancient, with historical origins in supporting women during life's transitions.
It's not therapy or religion, but rather a ritual space for authenticity, community, and collective healing.
What Happens in a Soulful Circle Retreats Circle?
Each circle is thoughtfully structured to create a journey of connection and growth
Step 1
Gentle Movement
An invitation to gently move our bodies to release tension, feel more comfortable and grounded
Step 2
Relaxation & Meditation
Surrendering our bodies to the earth, laying down, relaxing and going deeper within, tuning into our emotions
Step 3
The Sharing Circle
Those who are ready to share are given the opportunity to be heard and acknowledged. You can indicate you wish to share by picking up a crystal
Step 4
Therapeutic Tools
Learn therapeutic techniques to support you in processing your feelings and experiences
Step 5
Gratitude & Closing
We close the circle by focusing on gratitude, and reawaken our bodies through gentle movement to music
There is no expectation to share. If you feel uncomfortable sharing, that's ok. Those who wish to share will be invited to pick up an object, those who do not wish to share simply hold the space for others. Often in listening to another share their experience, there'll be something you can learn, take away, or appreciate about yourself.
